This program takes young people step-by-step through the conflict resolution process.  Teaches the necessary skills and strategies that assist the conflict resolution process, such as: good communication; identifying issues, feelings and needs; brainstorming for solutions; and compromise and negotiation.  After each section, handouts provide practice in the specific skill or problem presented, enabling students to grow familiar with the techniques and gain in their ability to solve conflicts.
