Learning To Say How You Feel

Communicating feeling
Minutes Long:

People who work with middle schoolers know the importance of teaching young teens to accurately identify and name their feelings as a critical first step in dealing WITH THEM.  Program introduces a vocabulary of feelings that lets students move beyond “good” and “bad” to find words that describe and express their true feelings.  True to life scenarios dramatize some of the multitude of feelings middle schoolers cope with.  Pauses spaced throughout the program provide discussion questions to help students understand and say how they feel.
